The architecture competition WINNER for the Bacau City HALL. The City Hall must be an urban landmark in an unfortunate urban context, that will improve the urban space as an art object. The site for the new City Hall of Bacau is situated in the downtown, in the vicinity of one of the major crossroads and near the Orthodox Cathedral with visibility all around. We worked with pure forms and volumes, with transparency and with a modern building management system that will optimize maintenance costs.
