30 Avenue is a Class A office building with retail and public alimentation on the ground floor, with a usable area of 5 000 sqm. The building is located on Unirii Boulevard, in the center of Bacau and it’s structure is built on a former clothing factory, incorporating up to the second floor it’s former prefabricated structure. The third and fourth floors are built on a steel structure on top of the existing one. For the curtain wall design we chose a diamond-shaped mesh to create the impression of a fabric reminiscent from the former garment factory. Situated in the downtown of Bacau, 30 Avenue Business Center was designed to satisfy all the companies that want to operate in a modern environment. The ground floor is open for public access, hosting retail spaces, reception office, a coffee shop and other secondary spaces, while the rest of the building has office spaces and auxiliary facilities.
